IM=X Pilates
IM=X stands for integrated movement exercise. With muscle firing patterns, IM=X Pilates is an intelligent approach to fitness. Targeting joint range of motion, core support and overall muscle strength, it is scientifically proven to transform your body in a safe and effective way.
Most of the classes are taught on our Xercizers- a stable and gliding carriage that is paired with different resistance level springs to improve your workout. The Xercizer allows you to do leg presses (a squat like movement while lying down) as well as calf raises, plyometrics, and abdominal work. The Xercizer is made for you to get all the tough spots right down to the hip extenders as well as increase flexibility.
Our branded programs and patented reformer equipment technology allows you to lose body fat and inches while increasing strength.

What Makes Our Instructors The Best?
Each of our instructors are certified through the IM=X method. Certifications begin with a minimum of one 8 hour training day to learn about the history of IM=X, go over research (old and new) to understand the IM=X method, and going over every single move with a Master Trainer.
After the initial training each instructor has 3 months to reach 20 hours of individual training as well as completing documentation for these 20 hours.
Once the training is complete, the instructor sets up a Skype call with one of the Master Trainers from the original studio in New York, where they will teach a live class within a set period of time, where upon completion the Master Trainer will grade them and tell them how to better their mistakes and determine if the instructor is ready to start teaching the IM=X method.
This allows us to give you the best workout possible. All instructors are trained to understand the IM=X method, including our 5 fundamentals (the key to all of our movements, ensuring consistent classes). While providing variety and allowing more than just Pilates incorporate in each of our classes for a challenging workout that everyone can complete and creating results you never thought were possible!
