That's right, we need you! We're looking for some people to join our team to make IM=X even better! We are looking for fun, motivated and bubbly people to join our IM=X instructor team! Our instructors take thorough training to ensure professional and safe training classes to help them grow stronger, while staying confident in getting the best they can. All instructors go through the IM=X training program (no matter the level of fitness and group teachings). Our training program includes a seminar to go through the movements and science behind what we do. After the seminar the instructor has 3 months to complete their training before testing with our instructors to help you every step of the way! Our pay is by class (not by person... YAY) and our class sizes are 10 people or less to ensure our members and instructors a relaxed environment to be attentive and helpful. What's better? Your training is PAID FOR! We are adding a brand new class with a brand new instructor Kimberly called IM=X Seat and Legs. This class will make you feel the BURN. Focusing more on lower body to help you reach all the tough spots to a toned, lean and strong body. While the focus is lower body you'll feel your arms as well as your abs after every class and will help you work up a sweat for a little extra cardio in your life as well. Kimberly is a fantastic instructor and welcomes those of all fitness levels to join her for this Pilates fusion class! You can join Kimberly and others looking to work every Tuesday and Thursday at 12-12:50. We've replaced restorative yoga on Tuesday nights with a new IM=X class called Butts and Guts. It's pretty self explanatory, we're focusing on glutes and abs. So if you're one of the many people who think they could use a little extra love to really push and reach their goal of strong flat abs and a strong and good looking butt this one is for you. This class is every Tuesday night from 6:30-7:30 and will be rotating instructors with Ashley, Darci and Sara. Restorative yoga is back! Irina is going to be adding a very relaxing class in on Sunday evenings to help you release stress and work out any kinks you may have in the body. Not sure if you'll like restorative yoga (which is crazy because who doesn't need to slow down for a little bit and relax?) then check out this article from someone who's never tried but highly recommends it right here. Irina's class will be held right after the stretch class on Sunday nights after the stretch class, from 5:30-6:30. Are you excited? So are we.
